The seminar consists of three live 2.5-hour Zoom sessions on Sunday, February 1, Tuesday, February 3, and Thursday, February 5, 2026.

All sessions are 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm Central Time, (8:00 pm - 10:30 pm ET, 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm PT).

There is approximately 30-60 minutes of pre-course work required before each session. Attendance in all three sessions is required to complete and pass the course.

This is a two-day In-Person Advanced Race Management Seminar. The seminar consists of one live 1-hour Zoom introductory session; on Tuesday, March 3, and two in-person sessions on Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle, 7755 Seaview Ave NW Pier V, Seattle, WA.

Schedule
Preparation Period: Ten days prior to the in-person session the course will open in Canvas, US Sailing’s online learning platform, for completion of the pre-course assignments. There is approximately 8-10 hours of pre-course preparation that is highly recommended and will enhance the class experience. The pre-course material will be available after the seminar and can be reviewed at a more leisurely pace to better understand the in-person session portion of the seminar.

Session 1: Introduction - Tuesday, March 3, 2026, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Zoom Online.
Session 2: Saturday, March 14, 2026, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in-person.
Session 3: Sunday, March 15, 2026, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm in-person.

Attendance in all three sessions is required to complete and pass the course.
