US SAILING Contact: Matthew Hill Instructors: Jeffrey Johnson, Hank Stuart, Cynthia Parthemos, Matthew Hill, Becky Ashburn ONLINE ADVANCED RACE MANAGEMENT SEMINAR (ARMS) Instructors are Matthew Hill (NRO, RJ) Lead, Becky Ashburn (IRO), Jeff Johnson (IRO), Cynthia Parthemos (RRO) and Hank Stuart (IRO). This Online ARMS consists of multiple Zoom sessions. The ARMS is intended for Certified Race Officers who need to recertify in 2025. It fulfills the seminar requirement for Advanced certification and recertification. Students will have the opportunity to take the Advanced Race Officer Test following the final session. You will have three weeks to complete it. Schedule and Course Prep The seminar will consist of a short Introductory Zoom session followed by four more Zoom sessions. Attendance in ALL 5 sessions is required to complete and pass the course.
